OUR BACKGROUND
Our company is one of the business units of Agri Component Group of Companies (AGC) owned by Engr. Elmer A. Baquiran. From the year 1996, we started as a small manufacturing department of our mother company that manufactures Tractor Trailing Harrows located at Cabaruan, Cauayan City, Isabela.
Our founder and Chairman Emeritus, Engr. Elmer A. Baquiran, founded Agri Comp Metal Works Corporation on March 1999 as a support to our holding company, Agri Component Group of Companies (AGC). It was conceptualized to handle the tractor implements and at the same time respond to the future manufacturing requirements of the Group.
Year 2001, our department spin-off and became Agricomp Metal Works Corporation. Two years after, in 2003, the location of the company was transferred to Tagaran, Cauayan City, Isabela. In October 2007, it was later renamed and expanded as AGRICOMP MACHINERIES AND CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, with plans to construct warehouses for the installation of post-harvest machinery.
By the year 2006, the Security and Exchange Commission approved its new corporate name that is now Agricomp Machineries & Construction Corporation. From year 2015, the Agricomp Machineries & Construction Corporation again transferred its location to a wider vicinity to cater its production process in Sitio Padilla, Tagaran, Cauayan City, Isabela with a land area of 1.7 ha.
Over the succeeding years, AMCC has progressively researched, developed, manufactured, and marketed various production, post-harvest, and processing machineries such as Trailing Disc Harrows, Dozers, Moldboard Plows, Grain Dryers, Biomass Furnaces, and the establishment of Corn and Rice Grain Processing Centers. It further entered the Construction Business as a General Building Contractor in the year 2012.
Most of our existing products and services have been promoted and marketed by our sister company, Agri Component Corporation and Northern Asia Sales Corporation, along with various other business units and affiliates under our holding company, AGC.
